WHAT ARE THE CURRENT RENT RATES?
Rent costs depend on the details of each rental property. As of 2023, rent costs currently range between $395- $995 per month.
WHAT IF AN UNFORESEEN HARDSHIP CAUSES ME NOT TO PAY MY RENT ON TIME?

HOW DO I BECOME A TENANT?

IS THERE AN OPTION TO RENT WEEKLY INSTEAD OF MONTHLY?
Yes. Weekly rent is always an option.
IS A TERMED LEASE REQUIRED?
No. A simple month to month rental agreement is required. We don't require our tenants to sign any promises to rent from Lucky Day Properties for a certain length of time.
