To be approved, you must show proof that circumstances beyond your control has directly caused you to have a need for temporary payment plan arrangements/temporary grace period extensions. If you do not provide evidence to corroborate your claims, your claims will be considered invalid, and your request for assistance will most likely be denied.

Lucky-Day-Hand-Ups may consist of different types of short term adjustments, one-time waivers, temporary extensions, rent certificates/coupons, special permissions and/or the one-time allowance for payment plan arrangements (It just depends on what resources are available and/or affordable at the time the qualifying request is being made).
